Black Denim Is Your Winter Staple

It comes as a shock to approximately zero of you that black is an absolute staple in my wardrobe. Not only the colour of my soul, it’s also slimming, chic and makes me feel like a charming frenchman. Carine would approve.

Black skinnies are my go to, and when I spotted this pair browsing the denim section at Glue Store, I knew these bad boys were coming home with me. And you know what? They comfy af.

I’ve decided to go slightly preppy here and team my jeans and sneakers combo with a cardigan and shirt in order to dress up this look slightly. Lately I’ve been really loving the touch of folding the shirt cuffs back over the sweater for a cool little added contrast.

It’s just going to be a short post this week, pokemon go is slaying me and my entire body is sore from it. #fitnessgoals.
