Ahh the empties. Each year I manage to surprise myself with just how much I use up. It should be noted that this is not normal. You should not be using this much in a year. I have access to an inordinate amount of product, and I eschew standard usage practices. Do not do as I do. Let’s get into the numbers!

Shock hit of the year
The Pai Century Flower Mist shocked me. I thought it would be a nice mist, nothing too over the top. But my goodness. What an enjoyable experience. The super fine mister just releases this cloud of hydrating, soothing goodness. I adored. And the glass bottle means it gets super cold in the fridge which is just delightful.
Product of the year
I mean it has to go to Avene Cicalfate. This repairing barrier dream cream is just such an MVP in my routine. I can’t travel anywhere without it. It’s saved my skin so many times and any time I’m unsure of what I’m feeling like in my routine, it has to be a cicalfate night. A dream.
Best smeller award
For the second year in a row it goes to the Kat Burki Nourishing Cleansing Balm. I adore this soft, almost on the edge of your perception, fresh, herbacious/floral scent. It’s addictive, and makes you want to plunge your nose deep into the product to eke out the wisps of the scent. Brilliantly done. Plus the product is bomb.
