What To Wear When Travelling

Words by Matt Huxley

It should be no secret to some that one of my greatest loves is travelling. I cannot abide those people who have no desire to see other countries – what greater experience is there than immersing yourself in another culture?

As y’all know, I recently went over to India for a friend’s wedding, and whilst there did a bit of travelling around. For more deets make sure to check out my Youtube channel where I daily vlogged. Whilst you’re there make sure to give me a cheeky subscribe!

After this trip I definitely became clued in to what is comfortable and what is NOT when travelling.

My go to look wherever I am overseas – plane, cab, monument, whatever! – is the humble skinny jeans and oversized tee combo. Not only is it comfortable and flattering (lets be real we all gain weight overseas!) but it is also practical as well. The oversized tee is also handy as it covers your pockets – making it harder for pickpockets (which every country has) to gain access to your valuables.

I’ve paired this look with some cons as on this particular day I was doing a lot of walking. But you can swap it for whatever shoes you like. If I’m on a plane however I definitely wear points as they are usually the heaviest shoes I’ll be carrying. Ain’t nobody need an extra weight charge!

What are your go-to outfits when travelling? I’d love to know!
